The Steps
To become a Basic Life Support or Heartsaver course Instructor, you must:
- Sign up and complete the IQC eLearning modules issued by your Instructor Trainer
- Complete the AHA Instructor Essentials Module online
- Complete the IQC e-learning modules issued by your Instructor Trainer
- Complete the in-class Instructor Qualification Course (IQC) skill sessions with our Facility Instructor Trainer
- Teach a course while being evaluated by Our Facility Instructor Trainer
