Prerequisites
For this course, you must:
- Be Open Water or Junior Open Water Certified
- Be 10 years of age or older
- Sign PADI's Continuing Education Administration Document, including a medical questionnaire and possibly a *signed Physician's Release.
*A signed Physician's Release is only necessary if you answer "yes" to any question on the medical questionnaire
